After unsuccessfully searching from doctor to doctor but not finding answers, Hilary decided to take matters into her own hands, leaving her sales career and making the commitment to attend the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to become a certified Health Coach. However, she spent the next several years overworking and not listening to her body so despite eating well, she began to have some issues with her health. This enabled her to lose the weight and also learn how to keep it off. She taught herself how to meal prep and cook healthy meals while also getting back into working out. Hilary’s passion for health and wellness developed in her early 20’s, inspired first by her desire to lose the weight she gained in college. In her free time, Savannah loves to attend ceremonial sweat lodges, enjoy a good book, hike with her dog, Ziggy, and explore the outdoors. That belief shows in her profession and her lifestyle. Savannah believes food is medicine and every individual has the innate power to heal themselves. She loves to educate, connect, and coach doctors looking to learn the weight loss business system, or an individual wanting to lose weight. Savannah has the gift of human connection – she excels in her position with her kind, positive, and informational approach.
